PayPoint获得FCA批准收购Appreciate Group

零售支付平台PayPoint已获得英国金融行为监管局（FCA）的批准，收购英国领先的赎回产品提供商Appreciate Group。

2022年11月7日，PayPoint和Appreciate Group的董事会宣布已就建议收购的条款达成协议​，根据该协议，PayPoint将收购Appreciate Group的全部已发行和待发行股本。

在FCA批准收购后，Appreciate Group寻求法院批准该计划，预计该收购将于2023年3月31日或之前生效。

​收购完成后，PayPoint现有股东将持有PayPoint公司约95%的股份，Appreciate Group股东将持有PayPoint公司约5%的已发行股本。

此次交易过程中，Jefferies International Limited（Jefferies）担任PayPoint的财务顾问，Liberum Capital Limited（Liberum）和Herax Partners LLP（Herax Partners）担任Appreciate Group的财务顾问。
