英国FSCS：10月和11月共有16家公司存在违约行为

英国金融服务补偿计划（FSCS）宣布，在2021年10月1日至11月30日，共有16家公司存在违约行为，与2021年8月1日至9月30日期间的违约公司数量相比有所增加。

FSCS表示，倘若消费者与其中任何一家公司进行交易，并且因此遭受损失，均可向FSCS申请索赔。

FSCS首席执行官Caroline Rainbird表示：“金融公司停止交易并且背负债务会对消费者造成一定的压力，这就是为什么我们要提供专业的索赔处理程序。”

经FSCS调查，确认以下16家公司违约：

• Border Cars (Dumfries) Ltd, 交易名为Motorhomes, BCM, BM Services, Border Cars (FRN 309061), 130-132 Terregles Street, Dumfries, Dumfriesshire, DG2 9DX.

• Broadlands Partnership Ltd, 交易名为Manning Gee Investments (FRN 565547), 41 Ludlow Street, Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, CF64 1EX.
